In this Power BI case study, I tackled real-world business challenges for Sintec, a fictional manufacturing company. The primary goal was to evaluate Sintec's product performance relative to competitors. I began by cleaning and transforming data using PowerQuery, ensuring its accuracy for analysis. Next, I employed DAX functions to compare Sintec's performance against competitors, providing a comprehensive view of its market standing.
Throughout the analysis, AI visualizations were instrumental in uncovering deeper insights into sales trends and patterns. These visualizations not only facilitated a clearer understanding of the data but also highlighted opportunities for improvement and growth.
Finally, I created a branded report to present the findings to stakeholders effectively. This report, meticulously designed, included key insights and actionable recommendations based on the analysis conducted, serving as a powerful tool for informed decision-making.
