In the HR Analytics in Power BI case study, I explored HR data for a fictitious software company. My primary goal was to summarize information on key employee metrics and dive deeper into areas such as employee performance and attrition. This involved understanding factors contributing to attrition and identifying appropriate actions to enhance employee retention.

Throughout the project, I prepared the data, ensuring it was ready for analysis, and created a comprehensive data model. I crafted calculated columns and measures using DAX to derive insightful metrics and indicators. Finally, I built a 4-page Power BI report, meticulously organizing the data for analysis and presentation.

By completing this project, I gained valuable experience in leveraging Power BI for HR analytics, enabling me to provide actionable insights to improve employee retention strategies.
